The primary contact for scripted and unscripted entertainment production requests seeking support from the United States Air Force and/or the United States Space Force. We support documentary, television, film, streaming media, video game and music video production at all phases from research through the final product.

NOTE: Submission of the form does not constitute approval from the Department of Defense (DoD). Filming of DoD personnel, equipment or installations is not permitted until a Production Assistance Agreement is signed by the production company and the Department of Defense.
It is imperative that your request be submitted as early as possible, but not later than 30 days in advance of your requested shooting date to allow adequate staffing.
To initiate the process, submit your completed questionnaire to this office via e-mail as soon as possible. Confirmation will be provided within 1-3 business days and a project officer will be assigned within 8-10 business days to review and provide a status update.
